Clean Thoroughly: Clean the wheel rim face and edges with rubbing alcohol to remove all grease, wax, dust, and tire shine residue. Ensure the surface is 100% dry.
Apply Adhesive Promoter (If included): Wipe the rim edge where the strip will adhere.
Peel and Press: Peel away a section of the backing tape and press the rubber strip firmly onto the rim edge. Work your way around the wheel slowly.
Cut to Fit: Use a sharp pair of scissors or a utility knife to cut away the excess length where the two ends meet.
Set the Bond: Avoid washing the car or driving at high speeds for 24โ48 hours after installation to allow the adhesive to fully cure.
